click YES and the program opens, but without the 'Color Swatches' normally available through each of "Brush, Color Change, Line and Text" in the Tools menu.(It's all black) The 'Available Colors' pallet IS there, in living color, but I have to do a blind select. PHOTODELUXE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SUPPORT 16BIT PLUG-INS - CONTINUE LAUNCHING - YES/NO". NOW I'm getting a "?" message: "UNABLE TO LOAD PSUT9532.DLL. BUT, I didn't actually "INSTALL" it - so it doesn't show up in the "Start Up > All Programs" menu. THEN I bought a Dell laptop with Win.XP and COPIED PDHE3(56.4MB)from the desktop to a disc which I PASTED to the HD of the laptop. BUT it was already happily installed on my Windows 98 desktop. I returned the origonal disc - and the replacement printer's disc did not have PDHE3.
